I don’t have any classes with lectures but this one. Although this is the case, mindfully walking has helped in one class, and that is my photography class. Even though I do take my time when going out to take pictures, I never really mindfully walked around. I never really stopped to listen and smell my surroundings like we did the day we went outside. There were many things that day that I saw that caught my eye and made me wish I had my camera. Things that I normally wouldn’t think of capturing, things out of my “zone” I guess you could say. This type of meditation/practice is something I know I will keep with me forever because it will help me in my future, which is photography.
