Do not operate heavy machinery while on meditation

I have been meditating for the past few weeks now for at least 10 minutes a day. Aside from the lotus position becoming more tolerable, I have noticed I have been a great deal more calm throughout the day… So much so that now when I drive afterwards I find myself not paying as much attention to the road and too much attention to my surroundings! Other than that I am happy to say that I have not freaked out during a session from any strange tricks my mind has played on me and I’m hoping to try for a full 20 minutes without being distracted and losing my meditation momentum.
