Forever stopped time. Eternal sleep. We take it all for granted that everything lasts forever. It does, yes, but not what we want to be forever. in our reality, nothing is gone, and we have forever to keep running, moving, never idling for a single second. Taking the time to just sit and be still is a sin. There is no forever for that, only forever for socializing, working, competing. But, the human body needs rest. Not sleep rest, but mental and emotional rest in combination with relaxation. Time to be spent breathing, sitting, standing, holding; time taking in every ounce of oxygen, and releasing yourself into time, forever.
