For the Better.

Meditation has had many effects on me. While I am meditating, I have noticed that my body feels very light to the point of weightlessness. We have been practicing many different types of meditation and I have been able to incorporate things from each of them into my everyday life. The most noticeable thing I have brought into my life is mindfully listening. Every time I am in a situation with many different sounds it seems that one always dominates over the others and it is the one that interests me most.
